Exploring photography as the art of capturing light and intention while understanding how artificial intelligence is transforming image creation and visual communication.
Photography is more than simply capturing an image, it is about technical composition, and storytelling. In an era where artificial intelligence can generate realistic visuals in seconds, this module helps students to understand what makes photography unique and why authentic images remain essential in visual communication.
Through creative challenges, students compare AI-generated images with traditional photography to explore the strengths, limitations, and appropriate uses of each approach.
They discover that while AI creates images, photography captures reality, emotion, and genuine human experiences.
The courses encourage students to develop a critical perspective, combining technical skills, artistic sensitivity, and creative direction to produce consistent, authentic and photographic content.
PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE CREATION
Analog Photography & Darkroom Workshop
Teaching analog photography through film shooting, black-and-white development, darkroom printing, and traditional photographic techniques in hands-on workshops.

Learning professional digital photography workflows using Adobe Lightroom, from image import and organization to color correction, retouching, and portfolio preparation.
